Located in Dongguan, Guangdong, our modern factory covers standardized production workshops, independent R&D laboratories, professional aging testing rooms and large finished goods warehouses.
We adopt standardized assembly lines and full-process quality inspection to guarantee consistent product quality. From raw material incoming inspection to finished product loading, every link is strictly monitored to avoid defective goods.
To guarantee safety and optimal flame aesthetics, Valse recommends a standardized four-step installation framework for commercial and residential fit-outs:
Step 1: Cavity Preparation & Framing: Construct the enclosure or drywall recess according to the exact CAD dimensions provided by Valse. Ensure the internal framing leaves adequate ventilation clearances as specified in the product manual.
Step 2: Power & Utility Routing: Pre-wire the internal cavity. For water vapor fireplaces, arrange the dedicated direct water line connection (if utilizing automated refilling) or position the localized GFCI power outlets safely away from high-moisture zones.
Step 3: Unit Unboxing & Seating: Carefully unbox the unit from its fumigated wooden case. Utilizing the integrated handles, level the fireplace casing and slide it into the prepared recess, securing the structural flanges to the framing stud network.
Step 4: Smart Calibration & Debugging: Connect the media elements (such as log sets or crystals), power on the unit, and run the intelligent function inspection to sync remote controls, smartphone applications, and smart-home automation links.
Achieving a flush, premium finish requires industrial-grade tools and exact structural methods depending on the mounting profile (Recessed, Wall-Mounted, or Freestanding):
| Installation Method | Required Mechanical Tools | Key Execution Method |
| Recessed / Flush Mount | Laser level, heavy-duty stud finder, impact driver, framing squares. | The fireplace housing must sit completely plumb and square within the wall cavity to prevent structural warping of the flame tray. |
| Water Line Integration | PEX pipe cutters, adjustable wrenches, pressure testing gauges. | For auto-fill models, utilize standard 1/4-inch flexible tubing with a dedicated shut-off valve to manage long-term water pressure securely. |
| Electrical Hookup | Wire strippers, digital multimeter, insulated screwdrivers. | While many models offer plug-and-play operation, commercial projects often require direct hardwiring to a dedicated circuit breaker. |
Our engineering team highlights three strict compliance parameters to completely eliminate operational risks and protect your asset warranty:
Ventilation Clearance: Even low-thermal intelligent electric and water vapor fireplaces require localized internal air circulation. Never seal the lower intake vents or upper exhaust gaps completely, as airflow is crucial for both vapor generation and electronics cooling.
For water vapor fireplace integration within premium wood masonry or custom cabinetry, ensure the interior cavity is lined with moisture-resistant materials (such as cement boards) to safeguard surrounding structures against prolonged humidity.
Ensure that the weight of the drywall, marble fascia, or overhead TV masonry is fully supported by the wall framing studs—never allow the weight of the wall finish to rest directly on top of the fireplace casing.
